I ran the T2 for a year and a half for my DD. I just picked up a DD 2 weeks ago. I already miss driving the TA around.

You can go 11's with that cam. What Island do you live on? I lived on Oahu. No way in hell I'd have the cam I have in my car now if I lived there. Traffic is a bitch to deal with with a big cam. In an m6 anyway , dont know about an auto with a big stall.

LOL !! Well if you deal with a lot of traffic the 224 would be my choice. IF you dont have so much traffic going bigger wont bother you. Thats the difference I see between the two cams. I loved my tr224, I just wanted to try something bigger with my new forged bottom end. Play in the upper rpm range more.

I DD my 232/238 with no problems whatsoever, all depends on how good your tuner is.

No, at a point duration takes over. You can dd any cam you want. Its a matter of what your tolerance levels are.

My tuner is the best on the west coast.(his clientel comes from as far away as LA and he is based in Washington) He tunes all the big boys. Callaways, twin turbo Vipers, the new z06's. All of the heavy hitters go to him and his mustang dyno because he is regarded as the best and his work is second to none.
He tuned for driveability and not peak hp. Its the cam. Its too big to putt down the road at 15 mph at 1200 rpms. The 224 will do that though.

I have no trouble driving my car. It rips the pavement in two and has tremendous throttle response. Just dont expect it to want to behave below 1800 rpms. It doesnt like it. DO I have any regrets? NONE! This thing is an animal. But if I was in traffic all day I would not have gone this big. Maybe if I had an auto and a stall I might think differently.
