Hooker LTs / no cats/ and Hooker catback..... I have the Hooker LT's with a 3" ORY and I am about to order the Hooker catback since everyone says that it doesn't rasp with no cats. Plus it is cheap. How loud is it with off road pipes and the Hooker catback at WOT? Is it like my flowmaster and loud at idle but quiets out in the higher rpm's? I like LOUD, but also refined, I know that is hard on a basically stock motor, but will the Hooker catback scream pretty good at high rpms or should I go with the loudmouth if I want loud?

Re: Hooker LTs / no cats/ and Hooker catback..... the hooker sounds good at WOT, the loudmouth will be too loud with ORPS and it will rasp. The hooker is very refined sounding and is loud enough to make you happy IMO.
Re: Hooker LTs / no cats/ and Hooker catback..... The Hooker will provide a very nice sound at idle, and it will scream at WOT. I had it on my T/A for close to two years, and it's one of the best sounding catbacks I've heard on an LS1.

Yes it does. The last one I heard with this setup was enough to convince me to buy it. I’ll give you guys a full report on the sound after I install it hopefully this weekend.
