Default What comp ratio

Im in the process of purchasing a Hammer cam 222/222 .581/.581 114.
My concern is what comp would i have to use with this cam? Ive got a spare set of heads that cost me nothing and i want to experiment with them if i stuff up ah well **** happens.
Any recommendations would be a great help

Comp for Shell Ultramax 98 RON fuel, about 11 to 1.
Thats about max lift for stock LS1 Holden pistons. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I think RON 98 is what our 93 is since we use the different Octane Rating system.

You can use the 10:1 fine but going up to 11:1 looks good.

our 98 octane is = (RON+MON)/2

I think Plan B may be running CR of around 11:1 with a similar cam setup

Clubsport, I took .030" of my heads and that gave me 62cc chambers. After an SAS tune I ended up with 405rwhp on a DD/Dyno 353. My cam is 224/224 112lsa with 570 lift, taking into account my Crane 1.8 rockers. No pinging, ever. Omptimax.

Really what 30" off & gave that comp ratio.
What tuning method did you use unichip?
How do you find it with idle and driveability? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
