The idea of a split intake duration makes sense. I've been wanting to try one for a couple years now.

Jason and gang: thanks for all the R&D guys...makes cam selection an easier proposition for many. The trouble you guys go through saves lots of time and money for others

Trevor, don't worry, there will be lots of video. Justin (Jsears8) just bought a bad *** digital camera, so there will be no shortage of videos. When the rollcage goes in, I'm getting a camera that bolts to the cage (just like the SAM car). Now, that is going to be cool.

Recless: No problem! R&D is so much fun. Sometimes you gain power, other times you loose. But, you do learn something everytime and that's the most important thing.

so basicly this cam is similar to the tr224 except it makes more power, lopes harder, and has alittle more surging. Think my decision has just switched from tr224 to the tr230/224 split. thanks

Those are good results Jason! In summary, you now make more power than Terry Burger's car and your heads cost MUCH less than his

ROFLMAO! Hard to beat *free heads huh?

LOL!!! nine ball... thats kinda messed up to rub in a 2500 dollar purchase!!! but thats right he has the fastest west coast h/c car through the muffler!!!

only kidding terry!! btw you got to see me blow up my 4th rear end at he bakersfield event...POS 7.5 10 bolt! so you can laugh at me for being stupid and upgrading a 7.5 10 bolt with expensive parts rather than buying a 9"

Congrats!! That is awesome
I wanna see this dynoed on a car with MAC headers and full catback.
A 234/226 dyno would be awesome too
Great work guys, would you think an even narrower LSA could be used with the high end flow of ported heads?
Like a 234/226 110LSA cam with ported heads?
All you'd need is a 1000rpm idle and LS1edit tuning
Would probably make MAD power
hahaha
