We got the chance to dyno the F1 cam with a set of stock heads today. Greg Garcia, A very good friend of mine recently broke a 918 comp cam valve spring. In the process it munched a piston and damaged a head. Greg has a 00 FRC and decided that now would be the time to install a Z06 tranny and a new Cam shaft. To make a long story short, he replaced the damaged piston with another used assembly, and slapped on a set of used LS6 heads that he bought from another board member. We decided to go with the same cam that was used in Matt Garzonies' new set up and the rest is history. 419 RWHP and 394 RWT I almost jumped out of my skin AGAIN! its only been a week since Matt scared me with his 445 horse monster.

BTW, the heads do have aftermarket valve springs. I should have said unported instead of "stock".

On my car the cam peaked at about 65-6600, but held the horsepower curve flat all the way to about 6900 rpm
On Greg's car with stock heads it peaked at around 6200 rpm and held the peak until about 6600 or so.
The craziest thing about the F1 cam so far was the fact that it made more area under the curve on Greg's vette with a set of stock heads than it made before with the T1 cam and GTP S2 heads!!!!!!
Also the cam sells for $419.00 and you can order it direct from Speedtek, but they are not a sponser just yet, we are working on that . We will be running a special on this cam with install very shortly .
