MTI 422 + Nitrous = 807 rwhp
This Corvette belongs to Stacey Barnett in Arizona, his car was recently at MTI for some more "upgrades" since his last setup (ran 9.90s @ 137mph on his first track visit). That was about 100 rwhp ago <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
Mods:
MTI resleeved aluminum 422ci
MTI Stage 3 LS6 heads
MTI custom solid roller camshaft
custom sheetmetal intake (short runner)
all bolt-ons
MTI custom dual-stage wet nitrous setup
6-speed Corvette
NA dyno was 540 rwhp (19 degrees timing for nitrous). Here is how the dual-stage nitrous dyno curves look:
<img src="http://users.ev1.net/~ynot_dv8/422_SR_807.jpg" alt=" - " />
807 rwhp @ 6500 rpm
Here is the VIDEO of the Dynojet run.
<img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />
Track times coming soon, maybe in a week or two.

Awesome power! Right up there with what Brooke made with his "glass" 346 a few years ago, LOL.

I'm glad to see people making big numbers with the aluminum block. I want to stay aluminum but was getting nervous. A car like this reassures me.

Jeez . . . this setup makes mine look positively tame. Dual stage nitrous with solid roller That car is going to be a turbo viper/supra killer if I have ever seen one. So much torque.
I'm liking solid rollers more and more based on what people are getting out of them. Just that whole valve lash issue . . .

Is there anyway to post the graph with hp/tq vs rpm instead of MPH?
