Why are you so averse to drilling it? Its no big deal, takes 5 mins tops.

im not really adverse to doing it, its just the fact that if i ever have to take it to the dealer for any reason, i dont want them to void my waranty (we all know how some of the dealers can get).

Don't you think the dealership would notice a lumpy aftermarket camshaft before a slightly bigger hole in the TB blade? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

If something goes wrong with the engine, after you made the decision to have an aftermarket cam installed you should take responsibility for it on your nickel not GM.
If your warranty is important then wait until after it's expired before slapping a cam in the car.

I really doubt they mic out your TB hole to see if its drilled. Suck it up and get a manly cam or wait till warranty is not an issue.
