I guess everyone knows that most GTP head owners who make awesome power use the TR230 cam(reverse split). Anyone know what kind of cam the cartek x/z package guys run? Reverse split, split pattern, single pattern?

I think Cartek likes the 224 cam. Around 580'ish lift..

Actually Cartek uses..

H- INT-222 EXH-226 .567" LIFT, 113 LSA
HS- INT-224 EXH-224 .570" LIFT, 112 LSA
HST-INT-232 EXH-238 .601" LIFT, 112 LSA
HSTT6-INT-INT-232 EXH-238 .601" LIFT, 112 LSA
HSST- INT-238 EXH-246 .625" LIFT, 108 LSA

The last 3 are recommended for 382 and above size engines..

Well if you notice cartek says that the H and HS cams are for the basic packages, not the X or Z package that everyone gets. Are their cams that come with the package unlisted cams. Why are all of their cams normal splits? I thought reverse splits were the hot lick?

The guy I bought my heads/cam from put down 437rwhp, 419rwtq but his/my cam is very similar to the TR224 but with more lift.

Well see in a couple weeks how my A4 does with it compared to his M6.

Never asked if its a XE or XER?

JS if the cam was XE-R it would be .581 lift AFAIK.
