Really sounds to me like it would be less of a hassle to just take the time to go out to the reputable tuner and get it dyno tuned the first time. Less money, less hassle; but I guess that your plan would be better than just a ballpark mail order tune. Either way you go about it I wish you the best of luck!

a bad tune can blow the motor. 2 hours of drivng and 400 bucks can save you well over 6k on a rebuild. your call.

Have bryan @pcmforless giuve me the ebst tune he can for now so the car will even run. theres a dyno right by my house but I dont trust them to tune it. so They can do a few dyno pulls and I could send the info to bryan and have him finalize the tune.
sound like a plan?

Well I talked to my friends brother and says this godspeed by my place does great work so I guess i'll let them dyno tune it.
my only problem with a dyno tune right off the bat is...since its a new motor doesnt it need to be broken in and no jerking on it for a while?

Hey man if your in Fayetteville you should check out Mayhem in raleigh or RPM in Garner both top notch guys. And if your spending that kind of money on heads and cam why go cheap on the tune. I drove 1.5 to Mayhem and well worth it.
