500 rwhp head/cam combo question?
This guy has a 99 z28 m6 with cutouts, intake,tb & a lid. His buddy say's hes getting a head & cam combo thats gonna make around 500 rwhp. Is this possible on a stock bottom end and what head/cam could it be?

Yes sir it is very possible. A big cam with a set of heads like TFS or ETP as well as all boltons(portedFAST90/90, EWP, pulley, etc) will make 500Hp on a 347.
I am at 450HP and I still have quite a few more mods I can do to squeeze out more power. I also run a very small cam compared to the 500 hp hitters. Its all about the right combo of parts and a decent tune. Patrick G runs like 475Hp with a little 224 cam.
Search through the dyno forum and you will find a lot of 500Hp 346's out there lately, they are becoming a lot more common now, the days of needing a 383 or higher to hit 500 are over.

Kraest made 471rwhp through a vette drivetrain with the F15 cam, milled Dart 225s, and FAST 90/90.
that is probably about 480-490rwhp on an fbody drivetrain
so a similar cam, better heads (like some ported/milled TFS 215) and a few more bolt ons...you'd be at 500rwhp no doubt...with good tuning
