Doing it once and doing it right.
TEA TFS LS1 heads(pushrods included)
Cam(undecided, something with way too much torque
)Caddy lifters
HS non-adj 1.7 rockers
LS6 oil pump
Double roller chain
ARP 12-pt head studs
ARP balancer bolt
EGR blockoff plates
Front cover seal
Front main seal

Does this setup look good?

The double roller chain might be a tight fit with your oil pump, I personally choce to run a heavy duty chain over the double roller.
Are you swapping pulleys out at the same time?
Also, whats wrong with your stock rockers?
TEA, I'm sure, will want all this type of info from you.

Should I change out the pulley while I'm down there?

THANKS FOR THE INPUT!
As for the rest:
Check your PTV clearance reguardless!
It would probably also be a good idea to buy a pushrod length checker also.
Do those two things (pulley optional), and you'll be doing things once and doing it right.

and I'll hook up my horn to my brakes, so I can have a different loud pedal!
One more question. Will I be able to get by for a while without switching injectors?
You're buying a set of $2400 heads, what's another $150-200 for injectors? They would be way over 100+% duty cycle.
Which intake are you going to go with? I did not see that in your list. Oh....if you hook your horn to the brakes...I wanna see the vid
Also, look here for your cam, if you want to go the custom route.

Again, back to the title of the thread. I could drop 300 for a LS6 intake, but I would be leaving power on the table for no reason other than I wanted it now, and that would bug me. Do it once and do it right.
But when I get the fast90 it'll be ported and painted(flat black
)and wonderful
I will talk to the boys at TEA and see what they suggest for a low end torque monster.
EDIT- little story.
My auto tech instructor was at one point a master tech at a dealer, mainly electrical stuff.
His neighbor's car went out and he took it up to the dealer for service. My instructor fixed the car and wired up the brakes to the horn with a switch. The car was all fixed.
Then one day my instructor called the neighbors wife and asked her to pop the hood. "now look on the driver's side headlight. there should be a switch there. flip it."
The next 3 days his neighbor was driving with the horn and brakes wired together.
Good times.
