Default Labor cost for heads/cam install?
What is the average cost you all have paid for this on your LS1? Just the labor not dyno tuned or anything.

I'm looking at 600.00 in Va, and tuning is 500.00 I got this quote about 4 weeks ago.

I paid 700 for a heads/cam swap labor. It was their winter rate though. That's by Chicago.

when i do heads and cam swaps i charge 300-350
and it takes me about 7-8 hours to do it

God damn you people are getting good rates, So cal were lucky to find anyone willing to do it for less than 1000!!!
