Default l92 heads on an ls1?

im aware the bore inorder to use these heads needs to be at least 4.00. i was wondering, however, how far u can bore a stock ls1 block safely? has anyone tried to put the l92's on an ls1 and what was the result if you did? thanks for the help.

LS1 bore is 3.898
It can be bored to 3.905>3.910 (depending on year of block)

So no L92 heads can't be run on LS1, but on LQ4/9 (ie: 6.0) they are in the game.

bad valve shrouding issues when ran on an LS1... even a bored/sleeved LS1, get yourself a LS2 or iron LQ4/9 block and go from there.... You'll be golden

I thought I had heard of someone offering the L92 style head that was designed to be used with a 3.905 bore. I'll see if I can find more info.
