Mti Stealth cam?
Good all around cam with Stealth idle. If you are going with PP 59cc heads this cam is too small for the PP head runner size. I would move up to a X1 or TR230.
If Stealth is what you're after then this custom cam:
223/228 .636/.588 114+4 custom LSK/XE-R lobes, still tame at idle but plenty power everywhere.
Mill the heads ~.015 (3cc mill) for a 60cc.
That will yield a ~11.29 SCR and 8.55 DCR, just perfect with stock gaskets
Those are 220cc intake runners, they come with dual springs to .650 lifts.
Another way is to get the same heads but no mill and run a .040 Cometic gasket. I prefer that way because you get better quench and your heads are unmolested if you want to run a bigger cam in the future. All you have to do is get new gaskets then.

^^How quiet would that cam be compared to the SII? If more audible, what would you change (specs?) to make it even quieter?

I didn't want it to act any different than stock. Had I thrown a set of AFR 205s on I would have made the 400rwhp mark, but I sold it to get a C6.
