Default Mti Stealth cam?

Im going with the stealth cam 1 from mti and wanted to know and info on this cam. How much HP and TQ it makes and if you had heads how much power did you make with it. I am building a new motor and want to go with this cam and some 59cc LS6 heads from patriot. Let me know and thing about the cam.

220/220 .581/.581 115+0 LSA

Good all around cam with Stealth idle. If you are going with PP 59cc heads this cam is too small for the PP head runner size. I would move up to a X1 or TR230.

If Stealth is what you're after then this custom cam:

223/228 .636/.588 114+4 custom LSK/XE-R lobes, still tame at idle but plenty power everywhere.

What cc size would be good to run on the mti cam? I am shooting for 11 in compression and thats why am thinking about the 59cc heads. Would going with a bigger chamber on the heads be better?

If you are set on Stealth I then PRC stage 2 (2.02/1.57) 5.3L
Mill the heads ~.015 (3cc mill) for a 60cc.

That will yield a ~11.29 SCR and 8.55 DCR, just perfect with stock gaskets

Those are 220cc intake runners, they come with dual springs to .650 lifts.

Another way is to get the same heads but no mill and run a .040 Cometic gasket. I prefer that way because you get better quench and your heads are unmolested if you want to run a bigger cam in the future. All you have to do is get new gaskets then.

^^How quiet would that cam be compared to the SII? If more audible, what would you change (specs?) to make it even quieter?

That is a -2* overlap, it will have a tiny lope, but with cats and magnaflow muff it is as quiet as the SII. It has a nice muscle car purr.

No, my Ex-C5 I ran a Super Stealth cam 210/224, .555/.568 115+1 with 1.85 rockers.
Quiet as a mouse with stock stall, ported TB, Hallteck, stock manifolds, X pipes, Magnaflow catback, tuning. 374whp/382wtrq.

I didn't want it to act any different than stock. Had I thrown a set of AFR 205s on I would have made the 400rwhp mark, but I sold it to get a C6.

i imagine it would depend on the catback. Bassani Quiet thunder will probably not hear it because it is so quite. LM 1 you could hear a lope

Mark (Predator) and I talked a bit more about this cam....it'll be pretty stealthy given a quiet catback like 00cls1 said, but anyone who knows a thing er two about LS1s will know the car is cammed.

The lope will be kinda in between TR224 112 (0* overlap) and TR224 114 (-4* overlap)
