Piston to valve?
4.10 gears are almost a requirement in order to make an MS4..or even a TRex work..At least with a 5.7.
If the combo is tuned properly.A six speed/MS4/4.10 will get 23 mpg highway.
I speak from expirence.

Its a factor..Not the only factor..A combination of ramp rate, total lift, duration,& maybe deck height..That's how I understand it.
BTW my 2.5's were 64.8 CC's as delivered.
When anyone places their order for these heads..The cc size needs to be specified...I also recommend getting flow sheets. You have to ask fo them & I think they charge $50 for the service...But it takes the guess work out.

You could also read this thread. It's about designing cams a little differently than seeing what the biggest that'll fit is.

My new engine(stroker) has even more clearance(-7cc)...I could run a NASTY cam with that setup.
