It's not optimal but ANY cam can be hit with at least a little spray.

You said that you you would like to spray, right? I would do a traditional split with spray, but that really depends on how big of a shot you are running. It also depends on what your intake and exhaust setup is as to whether you should run a traditional or reverse split, which I've not heard you mention what you will be running.

As far as the intake goes, im running a k&n FIPK, 90mm FAST TB with an LS2 intake. and the exhaust is LT's with a dual cutout y-pipe into an i-pipe with a magnaflow bullet glasspack then it goes out the back.

As far as spray goes im only goin with a 100 shot until i do some work on the bottom end.

Correct me if im wrong but i think i would have to go with a larger traditional split cam to make the power the reverse split tr230 would make. maybe in the range of an MS3...
