to put it simply there is no best cam for those mods

depends on your long term goals for the car and what you intend to do w/ it

just be like me i been on here for weeks now looking over cam specs and reviews trying to decide.

also call the company you intend on buying it from, they usually are more then helpful once you know your goals...and budget =)

basically the only answers you are gonna get here are personal preferences aka the cams al the responders have in their cars. go read the sticky, learn a thing or two about cams, and at least pick a size range for us to narrow down some cams for you.

you are gonna hear everything from TR224 to an MS4

Say what? So your saying that if running a big cam you need to swap springs every 10k?

have you heard of "one to many"... ?.. well one question (without more details) will lead to many different answers.

You should have him talk to the CAM Manufactors as they are the experts.

But IMO.. .if your basically doing a CAM only (with free mod's).. the Smaller CAM's will most likely be your best bet for all round peformance. No more than the 224's, Mid .550 to .575's lift, 114-116 LSA ? Anything more that those will most likely be over kill with the stock heads, exhaust and intake.

You need to check them every so often, and see how they are holding up. They get soft after a while. You gotta remember the guys with big pimpin, donkey dick lift cams are slapping those valves and springs ho's around ALOT. Some have to some can wait another 5k miles.
