since you have an m6...you can get a pretty radical cam and with a good tune it will still drive like a street car. i would say check out the futural motor sports f13, or maybe texas speeds torquer v2. both company's are ls1tech sponsors.

you should get pretty close to 400rwhp with either of those cams and a good tune. a friend of mine made 391hp and 380tq with the f13. you can buy the cams in kits or you can get them separate if you want.

I recommend any sponsor cam (including ourselves) that has a duration of 228/232 with your choice of LSA.
This cam proves to be an excellent street cam, especially with an M6 and some gears!
You could also get a bit funky with the LSA, and add some advance for even more down low.

Good luck!

Check out LS1HowTo.com and check out the FBody cam and valvespring swap. It will give you a list of tools, and parts you will need, or should get to do the cam install.

You obviously never looked at the site bc it lists what you need plus more for a cam install. As for idle clips, do search's on here, google, youtube. If you can't find one I'll give you my car but I bet your not even looking as you never looked at the website mentioned a few posts ago.

Before I started any threads on here I searched for hours so I didn't sound TOO much of a dumb *** and haven't been called one yet SO far but come on people. Same questions every week. Read stickies and search, just not once but try several of them!
