Futral Motorsports 347 solid roller is in!!!!!!!!!

Knowing Allans solid roller knowledge I decided that was the route I was going to go. I couldnt be happier with my decision either. This motor is TOTALLY AWESOME. Drivability is awesome. Doesnt stall, surge, or anything like I was expecting. I dont want to go into complete detail on my setup due to personal reasons, but Ill throw a few things out there.
02 LS1 block, Stage III LS6 heads( the flow #s on these heads are UNREAL), FMS camshaft(traditional split for the nitrous), Diamond custom coated pistons, Lunati rods, ARP studs through-out, Race prepped (stock) crank.
Ill have dyno results in app 2 weeks. I have a few things going on right now aside from getting some break in miles on the new setup. Allan tweaked my PCM with a base program for break in. Ill have it tuned as soon as time allows.
Major thanx to Allan and Candy Futral, there customer service is second to NONE
they put up with atleast a million questions from me,my harrassing phone calls
and my bickering about the pricing on everything down to the oil.
I also purchased a K member, set of Bogart Racing wheels, and a few other misc items from FMS. Everything got here in a timely manner and beat almost any price I could find elsewhere. These guys are awesome!!! If you are in the market for a BADASS setup I would HIGHLY suggest themFWIW, Im about as picky and hard to please as they come and FMS came through like a CHAMP. Thanx again guys.
Time for some more
See you at the next GAFBA shootout I'm sure!

Mine is in the shop too. Getting forged internals (JE Pistons and Eagle H-beam rods. Stage II KCR heads) and set up for boost. Yank PTE 4500 stall will be swapped in too. Funny thing is that I've decided to stay @ 346 as well.
You were running 10.8 with your old set up. I'm sure you'll be in the mid to low 10's. Good luck on your car.
I ran into the Futral crew at the North vs. South Shootout and they seem to be really cool crew. I wish them the best.
I'm glad Allan took care of you. Check your IMs, I need some more stock pistons.

Glad you got my dream motor, i'll probably just go back with the stock stuff.
Good luck.

Congrats on your choice of vendor, I could not be more happy with the service, knowledge and finished product from FMS!
Solid roller, LS6 heads, Diamond pistons, Lunati rods, etc. Should be a blast! Trust me, I know how excited you are.
My car is at Futral's shop right now getting a little work done on it there... I agree, great guy to deal with.
Congrats. Have fun with it.

I thought you were just a PITA always :p
Congrats Ron
I heard that it rolled out Sat? night and sounded awesome.
You're getting solid roller 346 too. Some of the long time GAFBA members are getting some fast cars.
I wish I had my Green 94 Z28 back.
i have to wait a while for the next eng as thge wife gets the addition on the house 1st
allen and candy were awsome folks (thanks for remiding me about the gathering)and with his mail order tune i made 42 more hp than the last (dyno tune)?
i was supposed to get btw i made 382-350 with an a4 3000converter and stage1 heads!! Raugh, as fast as you are now you would be one hell of a threat with a solid roller motor. Stay stock

Not to be a dick to anyone, but I would prefer to keep my flow #s and cam specs to myself for a while. I may get a wild hair and post em up, but for now Ill keep it to myself. I will say there are larger hyd cams on the market for 346s, although as we all know specs on mean **** without the lobes and other certain #s known. As for the heads, I havent seen a flowsheet come close to the LS6 heads from any of the sponsors on this board.
Thanx again FMS
