Default is it safe

ok i just got my cam/tranny cooler in and well i want to install them tonight and install the heads tommorrow... is it safe to do that?? please respond asap..

lik if i install the cam right now well it be ok if i leave it over night without firing it up i plan on putting the heads tommorrow...

yes, install the cam before the heads. That way you don't have to worry about a lifter falling

good so itll be fine then sounds good do i leave the oil in the car or take it out?

I would just leave the oil in till you get it all togethor and then change it before you start it. I imagine you have antifreeze in the oil from removing the heads. I did on mine

safe as safe can be. More like why would it not be safe? You could put the cam in and come back 6 months later and it would still be safe. Don't worry, you have nothing to worry about. Just make sure you have the head bolt holes CLEAN
