Does Callies make their own crank, I always hear different things about who makes what for whom.

Good question? I've got a brand new one in the box. I just took it for granted that they made it. Who ever made it it sure looks like a nice piece.

How much was it, is it a 4340 4.000 crank?

When I talked to the guy at Scat he was scaring me with his prices, they were like almost $3K, and the Lunati cranks have really come down in price, and you can get one in the $2000-2300 range.

Yes its made out of 4340 and has a 4" stroke. I bought it from Mark at Raging Motorsports for $1999. Definetly the best price I could find.

Anyone have the Lunati link to their LS1 rotating assembly sheet?

Their web page is horrible; I can only find their LS1 cranks...

Last time I checked for the cranks I could not touch one for less than $3000

Have they really come down that much?
