Left Chris a message yesterday in the afternoon. He called me back and got me all setup for replacement springs this morning!

I told chris that what batch mine were from and he said they weren't a bad batch, but he said he would go ahead and send me a new set(which I already received), just so I had the most up-2-date product.

So pretty much if you call him you will most likely get a new set of springs.

Any way to tell the bad batch numbers? Ive got a set of 051791 batch springs here and I would like to know if they are possibly defective.

Best bet would be to just call and ask Chris. He may want to replace them for you even if they are not on the "bad" batch list.

Subscribing. I've got AFR dual springs now yet my cam is only 578 lift so these new ones may be great to lighten the load. I'm at 12K on the AFR springs now, the only bad part is having to buy ti retainers again. Waiting to see if these do need shimmed too.

Alright, well I have no box, I bought these springs used, and I just told Chris my concerns that I don't want to mess my motor up, so he said he'd send me a set of springs to give me peace of mind! Great guy! He also told me to tell you guys that you do NOT need to shim it, just pop the old ones out, put the new ones in.

Thanks so much guys for the post. I spoke with Chris yesterday and my springs are being sent out today! Great Guy, I'm glad I decided to hold off on putting the springs in now.
