Do a search on the topic: "Best cam" and then read every result.
Should give you some good information.
And a long read.

lots of people have ms3's and dd them, but i think they are a little bit much for a dd personally, but with the correct tune they can be ok

I'm going with an MS3 on a 113lsa and will be semi-DDing it. Honestly it all comes to how tolerable you are. If you have a reputable tuner around you then I wouldn't think twice about utilizing that MS3. As for your question about the stall, I'm no expert on automatics, but I would think you'd want at least a 3000ish stall for a cam like that...

the only thing that really bothers me is how the stall doesnt lock up, if the ms3 want absolutely kill my gas mileage it will be fine for me. Like i never go to the track maybe 2 every 6 months so i really dont want a really high stall.

it's definately too big for a 2200 stall.. by a longshot.

It'd be more around MAYBE getting by with 3600, but it would like a 4400.

ms3 is fine on a daily driver but only with a good tune. but since you live in greenville, it probably means youll be running greer dragstrip, which is only an 1/8 mile, you wont get as much out of that cam because its more set up for topend power, you wont be in the power range long enough to justify those big dyno numbers.

^that came from knowledge i learned doing a search on this topic that gets asked every single day.
