Question Best heads to match my cam?

I just recently bought a TSP 233/239 595/603 lift cam and i am looking for a set of heads that will give me the most power when matched with this cam. I was thinking of going with Precision Stage 2 Ls6 heads, I do plan on sprayin it when needed, i wont the most bolt on power. What do ya'll recommend?

Talk to john at tsp and ask him about the terminator heads. they are a great set of heads for a good price.

I have a similar cam and after switching from PP Stage II LS6's to AFR 205's, I'd definately look for heads that have small runners and flow well in the low/midrange.

Definately like the AFR's better. No numbers yet, but the seat of the pants difference is very noticable from 2500-4500rpm.

Stay away unless you're a 402 or larger, IMO.

For some reason one of the guys at AFR is trying to get me to go with the 225's and i was thinking the same thing as you but he said otherwise. Has anyone ran 225's on a 346?

Well, I doubt its Tony Mamo telling you that. Maybe you should give them a call and ask to speak with him personally. I want to say he posted here that his extension is 109 but I can't remember for sure.

I'm 99% sure he'll tell you to do the 205's milled to 62cc with .040" gaskets. That's what I'd do anyway.
