But the VE are different. my cam on a 110+4 has 10* of overlap

So what are you thinking then?
I was thinking 112+4. I think 6* of overlap would be good enough for me. It should lope pretty good and be able to tell i have a cam. 10* of overlap might be to much for my car because i drive it about 4 times a week.

I saved a few bucks by not getting a new oil pump just a new ls2 timing chain from tsp.....but my car is a 2002 and it already comes with a ls6 pump and you have higher mileage

My parts came in close to 1k or so after the gaskets, fluids, and other misc stuff. It's the small things that really add up with this stuff.

yea i know all the small extras will add up. I also know i have to have money for a tune and install. Nick from newtech has tuned my car once before so a retune is cheaper.

Now i just need to pick a cam!

I already knew your opinion

I was considering the T2 but some of those post about it scares me. Some people aren't impressed with their results.

But i know how you love that spray with your T2

dude, N/A its still a beast. it might not have all that "low end" the 224 is famous for.. but when your racing where are your rpms at? i sure hope their higher then 4 grand.. and thats where the torquer 2 makes all the difference. i DD my car every single day, in seattls pouring *** rain and the car has pretty good manners even with stock 3.42 gears. but whatever you do if you want it smaller then a T2 get something with split duration for the spray

I really like the power you made. I put down 330hp 340tq so our before numbers are the same and i would love to make 400+ with a medium sized cam
