yea i have had mine in for a while i waent with an extra 2* on the exhaust side for better flow when i spray. so its a 232/234 110+3 xer lobes
made 390rwhp and i think 360 or 370 rwtq on f-body central's mustang dyno, also my drive line dont show big numbers due to the ls7 clutch, pst driveshaft and moser 9" with truetrack and 3.90s

This cam is tried and a good one. I have the same grind (El Torro),
230/230 .612/.592 111+2 LSA XFI/X-R and it has gone into the 10's on
Chrs1313 car.
I'm sure you'll like what Patrick gave you. My advice is degree it, 7.450 p-rods cam only (at least 7.425s) and PP Gold duals.

not to hijack, but how does lift affect low idle and low rpm. say .600 or .605 lift on intake and exhaust, on a 115+2 and say you are idling and then load the motor from a dead stop to start going say from a light or a slight hill, wouldn't the car have more of a tendency to stall? and wouldn't you have to give it more gas to get it going because of that?

My cam just came in and I have a few questions
Now what is the difference between both specs......I would imagine the first one was for the grinder and the secone on the cam card spec are the actual specs after going through the cam doctor?
there is what appears to be a dab of blue paint on the cam as you can see in the picture and in the second picture there is white paint marks....are they normal markings and should i clean them off before installation?

i am trying to remember i know it did have some paint on it, i dont think as much as yours does though...i would just take it off if it is bothering you...use a non abrasive pad...other wise i would just throw it in and let it wear off naturally...
i would probably take it off i am kind of a perfectionist haha...i made sure the tops of my pistons were clean enough to eat off of lol
