Just like the title says. I can get a mean deal on a set of 918's with retainers but no locks. Can I reuse my stockers with these retainers?

Yes you can, they fit with no issues. However, I would recommend some good forged valve locks. Most major valve train companies sell them for less then $40.

They will work just fine. As long as the 7 degree angle is still retained. Which I'm sure it is.

For the price I would buy new stockers, see locks get like a retainer fingerprint and should be replaced in the exact order they came out. For 30 odd bucks better get new ones.

I just reused mine when I had the stock heads and 918's. They use the stock ones. If you want to be cautious, get new ones like predator said.
