You ask a good question about the exhaust flow vs intake.. I'm working with a porter who reccommends closer to a 70% I/E ratio, like what you are looking at. I'm going with it, and I'd like to hear what others have to say on the issue..

TEA stage 1.5 and 2.0 heads flow 220-224 exhaust max without a pipe. They flow 296 intake max. I was talking to the guys at Texas Speed and LS1 Speeed. Both flow tested the heads on there own.
That's interesting, my heads would only flow 200 w/o pipe. Not a gripe just stating the results from when my heads were flowed. Intake was 292-296 when my heads were flowed very close to the numbers TEA gave me.

The reason those heads flow like they do, is that the SCCA and GM want a certain number, at a certain lift, etc... I have flow numbers for those heads @ MTI. I posted a thread on this a long time ago, its proably in the archives if you are interested.

Here is the link to my webspace with all the flowsheets. I have the SDPC numbers and the ones from MTI. My msg covered what MTI said about the heads. I will try to dig it up and post it.

Anyhow, here is the LS6 flow numbers.

Also, I have a spreadsheet

With all the flow numbers, ls1 and ls6
