You will need to check your pushrod length when you get the heads on the car. Get a length checking pushrod. They are only around $20 and it's the best money you can spend, to make sure everything is right.

If you are running the stock cam, they'll be OK, but if you're running an aftermarket cam with unmilled heads and stock thickness head gasket, the pushrods will be too short.

I'll second the PR length checker. They are 20 bucks and its so easy a cave man can use it.

You may be able to get one from your local auto parts store. If they are a Comp dealer they should be able to get it.

I have the checker from Comp Cams. Its 6.8 inches closed and each turn is equal to .050 in additional length. It adjusts to 7.8 inches total. Part number is 7702-1. I bought mine from Speedinc.

I think you may want to go with 7.4's... I don't think PP mills their heads to get to 59cc from 64cc. I think they mill the chambers but I could be wrong. I called Gunner today but he was out at lunch. I'll call you later tonight as well.

Patriot mills the deck of the head to achieve the desired chamber volume on the heads they now sell. The chamber itself remains untouched and as cast.
