Default Stall questions!!!

I plan on getting the new Torquer V.3 with a 113 LSA and I have no clue what size stall to get!!! My camaro is gonna be more or less a weekend fun driven car... Not used every day but not a drag car either.... Any help?! I was thinking 3300? Yes, no, maybe?! Oh, and the stall will probably go in before the cam... If that makes any difference to what size I should get...

definitely do the stall first!! the more popular brand stalls would be the vigilante and yank. im going with a vigilante 3200 stall.

3600-4000 depending if you ever plan to spray...
If your gonna stay 100% NA I'd go 4000-4400

I have a vig 3600(flashs to 4000+ in reality) and after a week of driving I already wish it was a Vig 3800-4000(4200-4400 in reality)

If you go Yank they tend to rate there Stalls accurately so a PT4000 will flash right around 4000rpm

If you aren't going to spray and can stand a little looseness, the Yank PT series are absolutely awesome. I went from a ST3500 to an SS4000 and then to this PT4400 and it is the converter I was looking for all along. Hits hard off the line and pulls like there's no tomorrow from a highway roll. It's a max effort converter and not as street friendly as some, but it's by no means a bad street driver. It's just a little loose.....but I do run stock 3.23's. I'll be upgrading soon to 3.90's. The PT4000 would probably be slightly tighter, but still perform great. My shift points are set at 6500 and shift extension is 5800-5900. It's so much fun to drive and will really do away with the idea that auto cars are slow from highway rolls!

Haha! Know what you mean. I was suckin through a straw for a while though Wheeew!

Yank all the way. SS3600 or 4000. If you plan to really spin it go PT series because of 5900rpm shift extension.

I have a 3200 VIG and now want it bigger wouldent go less than 3600 IMO and I'd do the cam and stall same time if you can swing it.

Well I don't ever plan to have to resort to spray... I'm an all motor kinda guy... No offense. So need atleast a 3500 and anything over 4000 will effect streetability? Right? Oh... and Yank all the way?

The ultimate all motor converter is the Yank PT4400, or you can step it down to the PT4000 or Vig 3600

Both the PT4000 and Vig 3600 should be able to take a nice hbit of the juice if you change your mind

My best advice is try to find a few locals with different converters ask them to take you for a ride and see which one you like the best overall...

Vig 3600---TSP 231/237 on a 150 hit made 469 RWHP unlocked on a crappy tune with 25* of timing.

not too shabby... what kinda 60" Et and MPH are you getting on and off the bottle?

I've had my VIG3600 for 3 days now and havent had a chance to spray it just yet....

Anybody got any good websites to get a VIG3600? Oh... and about the cam, turns out I'm undecided.... Either an Magic Stick 3 or Torquer 3...
