60cc TEA 5.3 Stage 1.5's with a Tv2, check my math!
Ok, heres the new combo. All you gurus out there check out my numbers and let me know if you see anything funny. If not, this is the final combo.
Just got my TEA 5.3 stage 1.5 heads in, milled to 60cc with 2.02 ferrea intake valves and stock 1.550 exhaust valves. The cam is a torquer v2 on a 112 lsa + 4 with an andjustable chain bringing the icl to 108. Plugged the info into pianoprodigy's calculate and got the following numbers....
Intake Duration: @.006=281 / @.050=232 / @.200=153
Exhaust Duration: @.006=283 / @.050=234 / @.200=155
LSA:112
ICL: 108
Overlap: @.006=58 / @.050=9 / @.200=-70
Bore: 3.898 (98 block)
Stroke: 3.622
Rod Length: 6.098
# Cylinders: 8
Deck Height: -.006
Piston Dish: 1.0 (added volume per cylinder since I'll be flycutting)
Compressed Gasket Thickness: .040
Head Volume: 60cc
SCR: 11.47:1
DCR: 8.84:1
Rod to Stroke: 1.68:1
Bore to Stroek: 1.08:1
Quench Area: .034 (.040 -.006)
***.006 / .050 / .200
IVO: 32.5 / 8 / -31.5 (BTDC - means ATDC)
IVC: 68.5 / 44 / 4.5 ABDC
EVO: 77.5 / 53 / 13.5
EVC: 25.5 / 1 / -38.5
ECL: 116 / 116 / 116
So given the data above, is it possible to tell about how much needs to be flycut from the stock pistons?

Obviously this is just a guess, but I'm not sure you'd need to flycut with that setup. At least not with the 2.02 valves. 2.04's MAY have been an issue.
Do you know how many thousands the heads were milled?
Always need to check to be safe, but I'd bet you'll be fine.

Bob at TEA said anything over 230 duration is pushing it and that I should flycut to be safe. I planned on fly cutting from the get go, so its not a problem for me. I guess I'll do a clay test before hand and see if I have adequate clearance before a start flycutting. Anyone that wants to comment on the combo in general please do... I'm open to hearing ur opinions. More compression maybe? Less advance? Etc...
