I dyno'd at Camaro SuperFest this past weekend. Previous dynos:
- When the car had a 6-speed, 9-inch, tuning & bolt-ons: 342 RWHP/355 RWTQ
- After the A4 swap, w/ TCI 3500 stall converter, otherwise same mods as above: 320 RWHP/332 RWTQ w/TCC locked
This time I added the following:
TEA "Stage 1.5" 5.3L heads w/Comp 987 springs & Ti retainers
Comp Cams 222/224 .566/.567 115 LSA cam (Sleeper)
Manley hardened pushrods
Comp "R" lifters
ASP underdrive crank pulley/overdrive alternator pulley
Gutted cats (they actually sound GOOD with my SLP Dual/Duals! )
More LS1 Edit tuning (but still running a little rich)
Result (still through stock manifolds) : 378.7 RWHP, 356.2 RWTQ
(BTW, the lower HP dyno run was when I was running way lean & was getting lots of knock. We stopped that run at 5500 RPM and I changed the PE Mode tables while the car cooled off a little.)
I'm shifting at 6500, could probably shift higher if I had more faith in the bottom end!
I know I could probably pick up another 20 HP or so through longtubes, but I'm going to hold out for another month or so & enjoy how quiet this thing is!

Those are some good numbers with stock manifolds. My set-up is almost the same. I hope to get some of the same numbers.

Those are great numbers running through the stock manifolds...
My 2001 A4 dyno'd 374 at the wheels with Absolute Speed 1x heads and a baby cam 216/220 525.532 on a 114 using Bassani Mids/Y-pipe and a Corsa out back; losing some power through the Vig 2800 with a 2.5 str.
New valvetrain components and Thunder cam going in very soon...

On the same dynojet I have been using since I was stock.
332.6 RWHP @ 6000
358.2 RWTQ @ 3600
I gained 36 RWHP? WTF!!
On a Mustang dyno, numbers were
347.6 RWHP @ 5700
362.0 RWTQ @ 3600
