Its normal after a cam swap on f-bodys. Im guessing its the airbox design, never really looked into why.

mine does it... ported tb and the blade is drilled out a bit larger...

been trying to figure it out too but i've learned to live with it... sounds kind of nice,and it confuses people haha

ive heard it has alot to do with tb blade the hole not being the correct size.

Mine whistles quite a bit. Not sure if it's the airlid or not as I have the K&N FIPK. I do have a ported TB with bumpstop mod. I've had several people stop me to ask if my car is supercharged. Unfortunately, that answer is "NO", for now.

Mine whistles a little now. It kinda sounds like the sound the wind makes against the windows of your house during a really windy storm. The pitch varies with the RPM.
