To me it seems like a waste of time. In my opinion there are much better options close to that range.

I've said it before anyone considering going with the Hotcam should step up to the ASA instead.

I agree!
But if he can have it for 100 then go for it I love my hotcam!
I made 393 and 370tq with just cam and the supporting mods in my SIG.
After a FAST 90 and 85mm delphi MAFS, I made 406hp and 378tq, thru an M6. Now I bought a set of Harland sharp 1.8 rr's and my lift is now .557 up from .525, My injectors were now maxed out so I had to buy a set of 36lb'ers, my ls6 springs were just about maxed out so I went with a set of patriot springs, and will be going back to StraightLine for these parts being installed and a retune on the 17th!
Goodluck!

I have a similar grind custom cam with LSK lobes with the 220/228 on a 112LSA for my 6.0L, should work well with the L92's. I'll let you know this summer when it goes to the DYNO...

I have a hotcam and while there are better cams, there won't be a better one for 100 bucks.the pluses are that springs are cheap-60 bucks, stock pushrods are fine since the powerband ony peak around 6200 (in my a4) and the ony time I got to the track I ran a 12.4 @ 111mph on a break in tune an easy launch(1.85) on a stock weight a4. I'm getting a tune/nitrous tune this weekend and I will post up numbers and track time the next week off the botte.

imo it got a great chop with tock driving manners (3800 stall). basically you can have a cam swap for 200 bucks

my vote is to pass on it and get a tr224 or similar. they're usually on here for $200+. But in the end it's your car, hot cams are good choices for someone wanting a less radical cammed DD.

also i don't see an LS6 intake in you mod list. If not, that may be another thing to look into as well!
