Yes 123 mph with stock heads, around 3300 lbs and NEGATIVE DA OF -750. 40 degrees, track altitude of 662, barometer of 30.40 and dew point of 25*.Now on a normal day of 60 degrees with a da of 1500-1800 ft it is going to run about 120 mph.Getting your combo together and sorted out and hitting fantastic air conditions does not always happen.Thats why Chris and i were a little pissed off at our local tracks opening day.It was cold as hell and all we both needed was a little VHT on the surface and he would of had his 10 sec pass and i could of run a 10.40 ,but there were only about 5-8 slick tire cars and about 50 street tire cars and track manager said he was not going to spay it today.DAM!!!! Chris should be able to go 1.50 60 ft easy. The cam also idles and drives so much nicer than the MS3 that is in my car.Really is the best of both worlds,IMO.

What springs did you end up going with? Who did you order the cam through? Any other supporting mods like pushrods and such?

Patriot Gold Extremes, not really necessary but recommended, the golds would probably work fine. I got my cam through Patrick G. After he recommended it he sent it to thunder racing I got the cam, springs and hardened pushrods 7.425's for $818 shipped.

If you are going to do cam only, I recommend to stay a no split cam 230/230 111+2.
I you are going to add heads, I then prefer 2 more degrees duration on exhaust to facilitate gases exiting 230/232 111+3
This is a good all around street/strip cam.
If you want a more strip oriented cam (not full drag but more strip), the I would recommend his big brother
236/236 .615/.602 111+0 LSA, this cam is lethal with 14* overlap, equidistand IVO/EVC from TDC (meaning it will carry to the moon after peak), yet 49 EVO for good mid range trq.
Mind you this cam is tight on PTV but will fit with stock heads. That is the biggest cam I would install without flycutting.

Are stock LS6 heads enough to warrant a 2 degree increase in exhaust duration or should the split stay equal?

the only time i have felt it bobble a little is after my burnout in the water box is surges a little to find idle again coming up to the starting line...i am sure that can be tweaked alittle to fix that...but besides that with normal driving in town or highway it is like stock...seriously...

As hard as i can...I stall the car up as high as it will go before it pushes through the front tires with the brake on...my lowest 60ft was actually when i was stock internal at 1.54 but with track prep i should be 1.50 or less..with good air 1.47-8...i know it might go soon...but until then i am giving it hell...

I will be getting some track times this weekend for my Pred-z cam.... I hope I will break 11's. But we will see. So far this cam screams, and just like chris just said in the post above me, I am experincing the same things. She sounds great too with 9* of overlap.... lift is .615/.595

I will be running at a weight of around 3650, with BFG G-force 28"tall tires, and skinny's up front..

Very impressive. I'm thinking one of these days I'm going to step up a little from my TR224. Just curious, how do the lobes on the TR224 compare to the XF-I and XE-R? I'm guessing I could use a little more exhaust duration at this point since I have the intake tract pretty well taken care of with a ported FAST 90/90 and an 85mm maf and lid.

Hmmm, now I'm starting to think.

Sorry to hijack your thread, congrats again on your results, badass for sure.

This might have been asked already but I missed it. Who tuned your car? Congrats on your times. I am thinking about the 230/224 cam recommended by Predator Z. I was wondering how it's street manners will be, but if you say your 230/230 drives like stock. I shouldn't have any problems with mine.
