Predator Cam only results...230/230...very happy with track times
Well they decided to open the track today at US41 but didnt tell us that they werent going to spray VHT at all the whole day, what a joke and a waste of good air -750 DA...
I did get to a couple granny launches rolling into the throttle off idle...I couldnt even get to see what the full potential of the new converter could do...
So with slightly better conditions my best Stock Internal MPH was 116.2 and today with a little bigger stall SS4000, 230 cam, and 85 lid/maf being the only change, i clipped a 123.2MPH...The so all together cam/lid/maf added 70hp for my car...
Time slip break down
60ft 1.5961
1/8 ET 7.1242
1/8 MPH 97.60
1000ft 9.2943
1/4 ET 11.1192
1/4 MPH 123.21
Figure my 60 today should be about 1.46-7 so .12 off 60ft around 1.5 times conserative to 1/4 is .18...10.93ish...there is my 10sec slip haha
I want to thank Vince at FLT , and the guys at speed inc...

I got the 275/50/15 (26in tall) MT drag radials...they should be enough tire once they actually prep the track...if not i will get some 275/60/15 (28in tall)...
this cam is just amazing, i am really happy with it...

Congrats, can wait to see good results on a prepped track.
See it doesn't take a monster cam to do those times. Just the right balanced combo.
Now find yourself some big cammed guy and anihilate him, just once for me. I always love the look on their faces
What do you have in there?
230 cam
Is that all?
Yes
are you spraying?
No,
Gets them everytime.

That's most impressive. That's one helluva 60 ft. to be complaining about track prep though. I'm just hoping to get into the 11's without breaking the 10 bolt that is.

Thanks, Chris did eveything right, he researches thoroughly and pays attention to details. He degreed his cam which is IMO very important to achieve the desired valve events.
I'm having great success with XFI/XE-R combinations on LS motors, those lobes work in perfect harmony, better than LSK/XE-R IMO
