shop around and call some of the sponsors up and have them help you out, and don't take just one companies/ persons opinion.

im in the process of building a 408 stroker as well and i found one at texas speed for a good price its the 408cid ls1/lq9iron stroker short block i was wondering if anyone has used this block and their opinions

I heard good thing about weber racing they have some good deals. LME is great to

 

tsp 408 here. absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

They do good work, and so does TSP. I am on the fence between the two, but will probably go with LME do to their location.
