Which first, ported heads or fast 90/90
I have an 01 Z06 with stock LS6 intake and stock LS6 heads. It seems that the price of some CNC ported 243's is roughly the same price or a little more than a FAST 90/90 setup. Any reason to do one before the other, I can't afford to do both at once. The other mods are in my signature.

i say heads also. but other things like gaskets and stuff adds up when installing heads and if you aren't mechanically inclined labor will be up there as well. the intake swap is very simple and don't take no time even for a novice, unfortunately you will probably only pick up around 20 rwhp with a ported intake and that will be at peak, a good set of heads with the right scr/dcr will pick you up probably around 40 rw or so .

I would say port first, but that's just my .02
I'm kinda biased against the FAST 90, just b/c of it's cost. I know there are considerable gains, but i still can't justify the price for just a manifold, i dunno. Plus i still think you'll net more from porting.
