Default Texas Speed! Help!

I was wandering if i could by chance if anyone knows what the 4.250 callies crank is for.I was wandering because i recieve this 4.250 crank for my ls1 and thought i ordered the 4.00 callies crank from tsp.Could this item be returned for the 4.00 crank?nothing has ben done to the 4.250 crank.

I have the 4.25callies crank with 3.898 piston bore size with a 1.105 comp high. and the pistons are positve .200 estimated above tdc.i believe if i can get the 4.00 crank i can resolve my problem or can i get a shorter rod or a lower compression high?

Dont mean to confuse anyone im just wanderin what i should do to make the 4.250 crank work or just return the crank to recieve the 4.00 crank that i ordered.Even on the invoice i have purchased the 4.00 crank but i dont know what i should do.Im a novice ls1 builder so i have no clue of were to go from here any help is appreciated.
THANKS

So you ordered one part, and they sent you the wrong one? Call them, inform then, then ship it back on their dime

Why are you posting this in the open, addressed to TSP. This is a private matter. Call them.

Unless your a master builder you need to exchange it for a 4" stroke crank instead. Jason and the boys at TSP are a good bunch of guys they'll take care of you.

In order to use that crank you will need to order custom pistons at about 1000 for the set. Yes you use different rods as well. There is only one builder that I know of on here that would even attemp to use that crank. Can it be used? Yes. My new combo has one in it. Is it for a novice builder..NO or shop.. NO!

If you want an engiine using that crank I'll guide you, pm me and I'll set you up with an engine utilizing it from a master builder. If you want to do it yourself don't contact me and consider yourself warned that you''ve got an extremely difficult build on your hands and will need to custom order parts for it.

hahah i got you i guess ill send it back its already beacme a headache of mine.Me and a friend of mine frank neal are attempting this build on our spare time. His brother is the head engine builder at PAR (performance automotive racing)that has a american wide reputation with big time drag racers and some small time street racers as myself.Frank Neals brother is the one doin some of the work on the engine as in balancing it and machine work.

S if i go with the 4.00 crank and the 6.125 rods with the 3.898 bore size at 1.105 compresion high my set up would be completly usable right? What cubic inch does that come out to?
