finally bought a TR224 on 112
finally bought a TR224 on 112 i've never done a cam swap on an F-body with the engine in the car before. i probably wont change dual springs again without removing the engine. lol it was a real bitch. i had to modify the spring compressor to grab both coils. aside from that, the swap went smoothly. no leaks nor drivability issues. the car is a beast even without a tune yet.

yea i love the cam. it makes power everywhere. all i have is a trailblazer stall, and it doesnt struggle down low.
since i'm leaving for navy basic training next tuesday the 29th, i'm going to have patrick tune it and leave it alone for a while. my next thing will probably be heads and intake..... assuming my tranny and/or 10 bolt last that long.
