Default what is the compression on an ls1?

all cylinders are @ 209 and #2 is at 214 is this normal for ls1 heads?

Sounds normal to me. Depends how long you cranked the engine for while performing the test, and whether it was at WOT or not. Are you concerned that it may be too high?

no that it is too low, put ls6 heads on! i i cranked it over 6-7 times per. but did not hold it wide open

No way is that too low. Standard procedure for doing a compression check is 5 cranks at WOT. At 10:1 compression you should see about 160-170psi.
