I wont be taking the heads off to check ptvc tho.

Cam is going in tomorrow, I think shifting at 6300-6400 should be ok without leaving to much on the table.

I have the same cam, although I have heads. Mine is ground +1 and I installed it dot-dot. I think you will be very happy with it. I'm shifting at 6400. It is still pulling hard there but it also makes good power in the midrange. I've yet to get a good pass in with it because I took mine to the track with 315 sumitomos and had serious traction problems.

The 230/230 is 60>65 rwhp cam properly tuned and installed.[/QUOTE]

I have a 224-228 114 +4 XER cam. are you telling me I could pick up ~60 hp with the recommended cam ? My car runs 11.4xs full weight with current cam. I will buy this tomorrow if it gains me 40 hp ---- enough for 10s.

I don't have a decent video camera, so no. But you will like it. I have people pull up next to me and ask me what's in it, it draws lots of attention and comments.

unless you are planning on spraying at least over a 200 shot don't even bother with worrying about that.
