NEED HELP RIGHT NOW-LS1 STUCK ON SIDE OF ROAD

Is this at highway speeds or low speed driving?
Is oil level correct?
Is there any smoke or odor from tailpipe? A blown Head gasket may show smoke/steam and a weird odor, almost sugarry smelling.
Is the return hose to the radiator collapsing, sometimes the spring inside the hose deteriorates, and the hose collapses, preventing water from returning to radiator.
Any recent work done?
If fans shut down, and he droove it overheated, it could have warped a head.
<strong> Is it actually boiling over, or is it just the gauge indicating high temp? With radiator cap off, engine running, can you see fluid moving through radiator?
