CAM INSTALL What are the easiest steps to install a cam on an LS1 F-Body.
Pics, sites or just plain posts appreciated.
Oh, and do you have to take the heads off to change springs?

Re: CAM INSTALL Thats what I used when installing mine ... EXCELLENT writeup. Everything went just as he said, every bolt every torque spec, everything, was dead on (compared to the GM service manuals) ... and very easy to understand.

Re: CAM INSTALL One bit of advice... I would NOT recommend his spring tool. Especially using the water pump bolt as he recommends. We wound up with a snapped bolt in the head, you can ask rnr27band1. Everything else in his writeup was exactly dead on, however. Good luck!
