I'll cite my own example. We used a Probe I Beam SBC rod which was about the lightest SBC rod I could find that was reasonably priced. We just trimmed it and it worked like a champ.

I think the weight on them was 530grams.

C2C journal pin b/e weight pn
6.125 2.100 .927 .943 531 10667


When we did the bob weight on them they were 413 on the Big End and 167 on the small end.


But, Probe also has some Honda stuff, but I think it is Honda specific. I don't know if they can do a Honda Jornal in the I beams I never asked.

The NASCAR stuff is usually reasonable, and way overkill in many apps.

It won't be ready for Bonneville this year. It is a slow build process as money and time are available.
