What could cause engine to break up 5% of the time
Phillip
1) due to availability I switched from TR6's to a cheap Bosch copper plug(not sure of heat range
2) Moved the rear O2s to the front for the new headers
Now the last time this happened was a VIR. Another LS1 car with me had the same issue.
I plan on trying Autotap to see if it see something.

Phil,
We had this problem with some headers that we installed, ( not LG Pro Long Tubes). The rear 02s were also moved to the front. We had intermitent hesitation. We replaced the old rear 02s with some new ones and the problem cleared up. (you can see it on the Tech 2 as a low 02 reading)
Also check your clamp at the collector connection. If it is not slipped on far enough, or not tightened enough it will let air into the 02 sensor and send the car rich as a biatch.
We have found that in some cars, the rear 02s are just worn out, so when you move it to the front, they can't handle it. they have been getting all the hot Catalytic exhaust for too long.
