It depends a lot on your cam and set up. what a lot of people fail to tell you is yes their cam only car make 39? rwhp but at what rpm? is that useable horse power? Is their car a pig on the bottom end that they have to rev to 7000 rpm to make that horse power? I have a set of stage 2 patriot heads and the torquer v.3 cam in an a4 with a 3800 converter and mine dynoed 396 rwhp and 370 rwtq. But if you look at the curve on the dyno graph it was making really nice hp even in the lower rpm and pulls like crazy all the way through the rpm range.

Ok I also just noticed you have a 6 speed so yea that is a little low. I was told by the guys that tuned and dynoed my car it would make 430+ if it were a 6 speed. Where your injectors maxing out at 100% duty cycle or was your clutch slipping at all?

Clutch was not slipping, put like 46lbs injectors in so i don't think that's a problem at all.

Here's dyno:

The AFR heads and the cam I got work really well together. I have a 10-bolt and 6-speed that helps little too. Once i get a 9inch im sure ill loose a little bit of it. I think the lower compression help to.

Very low. There's stock headed cars making more power than that.

I would recommend doing a leakdown and/or compression check on the motor. This will ensure you don't have any bent valves or piston ring problems. If you've got 1 or more cylinders low on compression or leaking down more than about 20%, that's your problem.

Good luck

Compression test is easy. I think AutoZone rents the tool for it. It is basically a fitting that screws into the spark plug hole, and a hose with a gauge on the end. Unplug the coil packs, try starting the car, and have a friend watch the gauge.

Do just one plug at a time.

Those are low numbers. FWIW any dyno can be made to make the numbers what ever they want them to. If you wanted a graph that said you made 500hp and you only could make 300hp, they can make it happen for you. It's in the calibration of the dyno. I'd check with other people that have dynoed their car there and compare results and track times if you have them.
