Call Texas Speed and tell them what you're looking for. Let them design something within your budget. There's no way we can make recommendations based on what you've told us...

alot of peeps seem to like the 5.3 2.5 heads with the MS3 cam...thats what i have and makes solid HP #'s for otherwise stock motor. I made 413rwhp with a 2.5" y pipe and merge, with stock pulley and the AFR was about 12.8

Tell us some about the car. We need more information about your goals & the car to make a good recommendation. We sell PRC LS6 & Stage 2.5 5.3l heads all the time. Those heads with a torquer or ms series camshaft should make really good power (approx 100hp to the tire) on a bolt on car. It really depends on your current mods & goals though.

I want to get as much power out of a head cam combo that i can. I only drive it on weekends and it gets bad gas milage as it is so. I dont want the cam that is in it now because i dont know anything about it. The car runs 7.84 1/8 mile at 89 mph. I want it to be faster with around 3 grand or under. Is there anything for that?

We have a wide variety of heads/cam combo's that will meet your needs and help reach the goals you are looking at. We have done several setups making 480+ RWHP in M6 cars. Being that it sounds like you are chasing track times and more of a peak HP setup, I would recommend going with a larger cam along with a set of the PRC 2.5 5.3L heads to bump the compression up. As always, you can run one of our larger cams and flycut your pistons to mill the heads even further to net you in the neighborhood of 11:1 static compression. Shoot me a PM or give me a call and we can discuss a little more in depth what exactly you are wanting out of the setup and we can get you fixed up with a heads/cam combo. We are currently running sales on all PRC heads. Check out the "sponsor sales" section for more details!
