Default Cartek Stage 2-X

I am very happy with my cartek stage 2-x heads and cam combo untill I took my first trip to the track and ran a best of a 12.5 @ 113 is there a problem with the car or is it just me. Its a M6 and have the following mods spec stage III, Moser 12 bolt w/4.11, 26inch et streets, slp long tubes, slp loudmouth, weight: 3580 with driver
60 ft: 1.86

Was it dyno tuned? Something does not sound right. I ran a 12.28 at 116mph with 3.42's and a 2.0 60ft 2 years ago with just the T1 cam and the same headers I have now.. Your car should be deep in the 11's with your combo. Cartek puts out some good #'s.

how many times have you been racing before? not to knock you, but obviously i don't know you i've seen a spread of 1.5 seconds and 5 mph between drivers in the same car. Good luck. get it tuned if you havent. what are you shifting at? might be too low?

What tires are you running? How bad is the track NOT prepped? I went 12.30's with my MTI package when I got it I just had to solve some tuning issues and look at my times in sig..Hehe

Take your time learn to drive the new setup. You will get what it has in it.
