Default hotcam question

can i put a hotcam on my car without getting a stall? and also what are the gains of this cam? i know the cam is old and there are bigger better ones out there but i just want a mild cam with a mean idle.

Yes you can run it without a stall. Of course you are leaving some performance on the table if you run it that way but it will run and drive fine.

Unless you just didn't list it in your sig, I'd get a set of headers first.

bigger isnt always better. You will be fine without a stall, like baked said you should get headers before you do that cam.

Just get a 224/224 on a 112 and get more power and a nasty sound.
